We are a bunch of CMT's CFA's and researchers working towards a common objective - what makes the markets tick.All of us jumped into this intriguing world of trading fascinated by clowns on business channels making it sound so cool and easy.The thrill one gets when placing their first trade is tantamount to a roller-coaster ride and coming out profitable puts you on Ecstasy and the thrill continues for a few more trades.The beginner's luck soon starts to dissipate and you find yourself staring at the inevitable hangover that comes after any great High the epiphany - you are in deep shit - desperately seeking avenues to fund your account borrowing from friends family - heck even loan sharks - all so that you can dodge the eventuality of getting a margin call from your broker.What follows is despair depression and a state of utter disbelief a state where over 90% of traders quit. Other 10% hear this - Get Up Bitch !- and we all heard it.This very state was the onset of our humble alliance. Coming together from trading forums we made Skype our base.What followed was countless hours of googling yahooing or all other -ings looking for established ideas theories approaches on trading and making money in the markets - from esoteric to down right idiotic. We studied every technical and fundamental theory/method relating to market and its behavior yet none provided us with consistent reliable predictable results. Grit is a virtue we all had in common and a belief that its not what it appears to be a belief that all we read and see is deductive after the fact neither the cause nor the effect. Everything in the universe is ticking to some set vibration and in perfect harmony.If that were not the case our planet would get hit by astral debris or comets every now and then rendering the planet inhabitable.Yet we are here and have been for thousands of years.The governments corporations banks and other organizations at the heart of economies would have us believe in a chaotic universe laden with unpredictabilites and insecurities - in finance they are a bit more specific - efficient market hypothesis random walk theory etc etc. We at Gladium Norma have gone beyond the conventional to decipher the language of the universe and be in sync with its harmony. And this blog will be the testimony that everything in this Universe is very much predictable provided one has the Eye.
