Glass Monkey Art Studio

Glass Monkey Art Studio is a growing and humble lampworking studio located in southeast Austin, Texas, located in South East Austin Texas on a 7 seven acres organic farm. We have been here since 2005. We are a flameworking school and a great place to make money making functional art glass. We specialize in working with borosilicate (aka: Pyrex). Offering tutoring, studio rental, apprenticeship programs, materials and supplies, and income opportunities. We supply functional art glass to over 90 accounts in Texas and we are always looking for new students and experiences flameworkers. Through the hands of various artist (glass monkeys) we make wearable art, adult toys, and smoking utensils. Glass Monkey Art Studio is also a great place to learn the art of lampworking. For several years now, we have inspired many artists in learning this craft and helping them find the artist within.
