We introduce ourselves as GlassTech Components, an organisation engaged in the manufacture of precision glass bottle moulds and associated components since its establishment in 1995. With over 30 years of operational experience, the company manages production facilities located in Kerala, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu. Our foundry operations, situated in Kerala and Coimbatore, are equipped with semi-automatic systems and specialise in the production of Bronze (Minox) and Cast Iron castings essential for glass-mould applications. Our product portfolio includes Moulds, Neckrings, Blanks, Funnels, Baffles, Bottom Plates, Guide Plates, Plunger and other specialised components required for glass container production. Each component is engineered to meet stringent standards of dimensional accuracy, material integrity, and process reliability.
