We are an Italian Company with about 50 years of experience in the acid-etched glass, since our President Paolo Grippo with his brother Gerardo started to produce satinated glass by themselves in the south of Italy, mostly in small decorated glass plates. During the years later, he gradually launched ever bigger satinated pieces, allowed him to develop a more solid and rich know-how, until to arrive up to the late 80th, when he signed an important sales agreement with Saint Gobain Glass, which has been valid till the end of the 90th. In the years later important cooperation with Pilkington UK and a direct presence on the European acid-etched glass market and on the North-American as well. Then in the 2005 we have decided to make another positive evolution of our mission. As now, we are working in the realizing of acid-etching glass machineries, promoting our technologies, to satisfy all changing in this sector in which, as you surely know, all bigger Float Glass Producers started or are investing to produce by themselves. So, we are prepared to start a co-operation with foreign Companies interested in the production and we are offering our technologies world wide (it means Brazil, Turkey, Russia and India) and where we are closing contracts in the next three years with almost two of these zones. Our references are: AGC Flat Glass Europe, Sangalli Group in Italy who are increasing their position in the European market of acid-etched; Walker Glass - Canada - about North American side. To date, we are continuously co-operating with these two esteemed Companies, to find upgrading solutions in order to offer new products on the market and to optimize production costs.
