Laying down our roots in luxury home development in the North Shore area of Chicagoland in the late 1990's, GLD has now accumulated a span of 3 decades of bringing quality to new projects in Northern Illinois. Starting with a focus of specializing in high end single family homes, GLD has since expanded our focus to include Commercial and Multiple Unit Developments.
