Glencoe Search is a specialist legal search firm founded by Adrian Donaldson, who has over 20 years of experience in the legal sector. Adrian began his career as a lawyer for a Magic Circle firm in London and Tokyo, followed by 4 years as in-house counsel for an investment management firm. He moved into legal recruitment 6 years ago, initially working with a boutique recruitment firm and then leading international firm Robert Walters. Adrian’s legal background provides him with a deep network in the London and international legal markets. It enables him to draw on first-hand experience as a lawyer to fully understand the needs of, and deliver exceptional results for, his clients, including UK and US law firms, investment banks and fintech start ups.
