In addtion, Glenwood has been contracted as construction manager and owners’ representative for single and multi-family residential developments, including "brownfield" and affordable housing sites. Glenwood owner, Donald Kotchick, is solely responsible for all aspects of day-to day operations, from finance and marketing to site supervision and customer relations and service.
