The Glenzier Shooting School was established in 2001 by its current owner, Mike Smith. Mike has been a shooting instructor for over 20 years and is a master at gun fitting, specialising in helping those who have eye dominance issues. He is also a technical author of shotgun and rifle training courses and was instrumental in the design of the National Occupational Standards for Shotgun Shooting as well as being behind the development of training in single and double gun loading, nationwide. Located on the Sussex & Surrey border and 10 minutes from the A3, the Glenzier Shooting School is ideally located for those travelling from London and the South East. Situated on the Whithorn Estate, the School has the facilities to offer both lessons for those new to the sport plus stands and targets for the more experienced - looking for practice or a gun fit. We can accommodate groups, including those wishing to experience shooting for the first time and will tailor a package around specific requirements. Mike and his team of experienced instructors focus on providing the best possible experience.
