Global Alms Incorporated

Global Alms Incorporated is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the elimination of trafficking, sexual exploitation and the physical abuse of men, women and children. A child being trafficked across international borders every 30 seconds, and forced to work in hazardous conditions in many industries, including the sex trade. There are thousands of women and children who are currently at risk within Asia. Many of the communities do not have legal protection or educational opportunities leaving women and children often easily captured against their will. We have a team set up along the Thai/Burma border with an active presence providing assistance with personal protection, vocational training and language programs. We have been able to establish a base within the local communities to assist children and young people, that have been or who are at risk of being trafficked.
