Global Art Projects

Global Art Projects is an independent curatorial, arts consultancy and arts management company based in Melbourne, Australia. Directors are Lisa Warrener, Donald Williams and Michael McMahon. Since 1997 Global Art Projects has been involved in curating, developing and managing national and international visual arts and cultural events, art projects and exhibitions, artwork commissions, public art projects and undertaking arts advice and consultancy work. We provide a creative and professional approach and can assist you in planning, developing or delivering your art project. The scope of our involvement is only limited to your needs; from strategic advice, concept development through to full project management. Our independent, non-institutional structure allows great scope to work with a wide range of organisations and individuals to create exciting links, affiliations, exchanges and partnerships. It is our aim to provide Australian and international audiences with high quality, imaginative and challenging cultural experiences. Major projects have included: Managing Australia's participation in the Venice Biennale for over 10 years; Cultural Producers (Visual Arts) Festival Melbourne 2006; Consulting Curator Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, Consulting Curator, Metro Tunnel Creative Program.
