Global Building is a private equity real estate investment firm that acquires properties through a number of investment vehicle structures and has purchased over $50 million of assets since its inception in 2006. We have created ongoing relationships with both institutional and non-institutional capital partners and lenders to acquire properties through real estate syndicates and funds that the company creates. As an operating real estate partner, we first uncover investment opportunities, then acquire, improve, efficiently operate and exit the properties purchased with the mutually compatible goals of capital preservation and maximum risk adjusted returns.
