Founded in the Cayman Islands in 1982 by Peter MacKay, GCM is now one of the largest captive managers in the world. We have experience in managing a vast array of captives in a variety of industries and structures, including segregated portfolio captives (“SPCs”), group captives, single parent captives and 953(d) and 831(b) elected captives.
