Global Compassion Tanzania Global Compassion Tanzania is a non-profit organization with registration number I-NGO/R/4469, committed to transformative initiatives in education, digital literacy, and community development. Established with a vision to foster positive change, Global Compassion Tanzania operates at the intersection of technology, education, and social impact. Vision Statement:"To create a future where every youth has equal access to quality education, digital skills, and the tools necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving world." Mission Statement:"We are dedicated to reshaping the educational landscape in Tanzania by leveraging technology, fostering digital literacy, and promoting community development. Through strategic partnerships and innovative programs, we aim to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed for a brighter future." Programs and Initiatives: 1. Digital Education Program: Following the successful execution of the first pilot program during the 2021-2022 academic year, the school administration has granted authorization for the renovation of one of the classrooms. The classroom is designed to be a fully equipped space, featuring Wi-Fi connectivity, computers, electricity, a projector, a smart screen, a small book cabinet, as well as tables and chairs. With proper ventilation in place, the aim is to create a conducive environment for effective learning. The class can accommodate 24 students per session and can serve up to 72 students each day. It is anticipated that the project will facilitate digital literacy for over 200 students annually. Presently, the project has received 20 computers as donations from our partner company in the United States. However, to comprehensively support students and meet our objectives, there is a need for additional digital tools. Furthermore, the Digital Learning Hub has the potential to benefit other young individuals in the community who are intereste in learning about digital education
