Global Competence Associates, Llc

Global Competence Associates has been the leaders in the original worldwide consensus research on global competence since and the research has been foundational to the portfolio of supportive services such as assessment, training, coaching, eLearning, certification, and consultation. We are the authors of the Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)®, which objectively measures the cultural knowledge, interpersonal skills, attitudes, and self-awareness that are critical for global readiness in the 21st century. The GCAA® provides targeted talent development diagnostics and intelligence for students and working professionals across business, government, nonprofit and education sectors around the world. GCAA® metrics are used for research and selection, as well as to identify and prioritize gaps for each learner's development planning. GCAA® metrics are used among individuals, cohorts or groups, as well as organization development. Our organization also certifies Global Competence Practitioners as individuals with expertise in global competence and interpreting GCAA® intelligence. Our Associates are certified and skilled in explaining global competence to others, interpreting GCAA® diagnostics, and supporting your development and consulting project needs.
