Global Coordinates has executed various projects for permissible height calculations using stereo satellite images and the technology of photogrammetry. We are also developing a web based software for the maximum permissible height calculation for any site before or after the purchase or before freezing the design and no. of floors of the building/complex according to the guidelines issued by MOCA, S.O.84 (E) Our clients include all major players in the realm of Real Estate Sector. It gives us great satisfaction and honour to state that we have played a key role in the implementation of S.O 84(E) guidelines dated January 14, 2010 issued by MOCA in a GIS and Remote Sensing environment for an accurate and multivariate analysis for the maximum permissible obstacle clearance height for the issue of NOC from relevant authorities. And now, GC has also ventured into the field of education by starting it's very own GIS courses!
