Safety and Operational Risk Auditing and Advisory, Publishing and Training AI-Enabled Performance Management Systems Global Effective Solutions Ltd.(GES) is a Calgary based professional services firm that audits, designs, and trains organizations to deploy AI driven Collaborative Performance Management Systems. Drawing on 30 years of aviation safety and auditing expertise—and ISO 19011 & ISO/IEC 23894:2023 guidelines—GES will help clients integrate real time analytics, safety KPIs, and continuous improvement loops into daily workflows. Revenue will come from three synergistic lines: 1. Independent AI/CPMS Audits – Formal conformity & maturity assessments. Custom Training & Certification – Role based programmes that teach staff to use, govern, and sustain the CPMS. Process & Procedure Authoring – Writing or re engineering policies, SOPs, and job aids that embed AI insights. The firm will target regulated, high consequence sectors—aviation, energy, logistics, and critical infrastructure—where data driven performance and demonstrable compliance are mission critical.
