Main tasks - prepared annual manpower plan to defining staffing needs- Manage & coordinate all recruitment activities initially from job announcement to providing an offer, orientation, and on boarding program- Attending job fairs to get new comers and making database for candidates- Redesign JD, sub organization chart- Manage and design a best practice for all performance management methods & systems- Identify training & learning needs assessment & methods- Provide training to all new and current employees that align with mission & business strategy- coordinate and monitor training activities- Assess the overall performance of the organization by ( KPI )- Ensures effective implementation of employee performance appraisal policies and procedures- Assisting the HR manager in creating all HR policies.
