Founded by internationally certified image consultant, Karen Agustin-Ostrea, AICI CIC, CPC she designed the various programs based on her wide array of trainings and experiences from the International Image Institute (Canada), The Protocol School of Washington (USA), Center for Coaching Certification and John Robert Powers. Modules are conducted by Karen, along with other internationally certified trainers and image consultants. Group workshops and one-on-one consulting are offered at GIM.
