Our Vision: Empower Learners and Preparing the Next Generation to Succeed Globally What We Believe: Education that adapts, connects, and inspires Success is measured by the influence we have and the impact we deliver Learning should be visible, personal, and lasting Far from being exceptions, returnee and bilingual students are pioneers of what’s ahead English education in Japan needs a shift from preparation to immersion Great educators are builders and creators and we invest in them Our Origins: Founded Kikokushijo Academy in 2004 Founded KA International School in 2006 Founded Global Step Academy in 2006 Formed Global KA Holdings Inc. in 2025 What Sets Us Apart: Integrated education pathway from early years to university Global reach with local roots Holistic model: physical schools, online platforms, events, media Curriculum innovation and original content development Strategic roadmap through 2030 and beyond Impact Philosophy: Our work has helped reframe Japan’s perceptions of globally educated children from “nails to be hammered down” to valued contributors with insight, perspective, and strength. We measure success by the mindsets we shift, the confidence we build, and the opportunities we open for students and educators.
