Global One Sri Lanka is a nonpolitical, nonreligious organized social entity that works in partnership with the ever excluded communities who are facing extreme disparities due to poverty and social instability. Pragmatic change in the lives of people should come from within, where communities can make decisions that affect their lives. GOS shows its commitment to promote the well-being of current and future generations, eradicate poverty in all its forms, and ensures inclusive growth that targets inequality. GOS's priority goes on gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. GOS is ambitious and fosters the transformation of gender relations by tackling the root causes of gender inequality. Global One Sri Lanka plays an important role in preventing conflict and peace-building whereas we focus more on violent conflicts, promoting human rights and the rule of law, promoting education and culture for peace, building resilience.
