The security industry is an ever changing environment and over the course of the last few years opinion has changed, the work has changed and the level of skill and ability needed to be at the high standards expected has changed. Opinion has grown that the 14 day SIA criteria based CP course that operators are required to undertake is no longer enough to ensure an individual is able to operate effectively in the industry with the knowledge that is needed for today’s threats. Sayret Training Center was born as a result of this growing opinion. Founded by ex-close protection operatives along with extensively experienced military and law enforcement specialists with the mission ’to change the way training is delivered within the security industry’. This means robust, meaningful courses that equip learners with the relevant skills and knowledge needed to be the best in their field. To achieve this we established ‘The Ranch’ an exclusive training facility and the Sayret Training Center in the historic and beautiful region of Silestia in southern Poland. Our facility offers learners a unique opportunity to attend courses designed and delivered by industry veterans, in a location that allows complete freedom of design and delivery. We ensure that all of our students get the best from our courses and come away feeling energised, knowledgeable and able to advance their security career with the skills they have acquired while with us. We pride ourselves on being able to meet the needs of the industry, to not just comply with SIA training standards but to exceed and improve the level of learning and individual experiences and give them a strong set of diverse skills to allow them as an operator to integrate into any operational situation or team.
