Founded in 2001 by Georgina Avancena, a Filipino immigrant with an entrepreneurial spirit, our agency, then known as “AGA Global Resources”, was formed in response to the emerging shortage of nurses in the U.S. Although we were a small start-up, our challenger mentality coupled with our understanding of the nursing culture in the Philippines, allowed us to build our client list, and deploy over 200 nurses for direct-hire in multiple facilities. Today we continue to grow to meet the ever-changing needs of the healthcare community. Now as “GlobalCare Services”, our offerings have expanded to on-going staffing for healthcare facilities, and individual senior in-home care. Serving the Northeast with nearly 20 years of industry experience, our clients consider us experts in the field of healthcare staffing and recruiting.
