Globaleye Capital is the investment advisor for a Swiss Single-Family Office which was established in 2006 - We back founder-led, fast-growing businesses, with profitability achieved or on the horizon (18-24 months away from it)- We deploy as appropriate equity or convertible instruments, from seed to Series B/C - We invest locally across DACH, France, Italy and the UK, but are open to global businesses - PE/VC: We are industry-agnostic and focus on companies with a technological angle to solving generational issues. We are backing founders impacting the future of food, lodging, transportation, energy generation/storage, and fintech - Real Estate/Hospitality: We have a dedicated real estate and hospitality capability, where we support resort development, re-flagging and value-add construction For portfolio companies, our corporate finance team supports founders and their team with key-in-hand solutions, so they can focus on growing their core business - We coordinate fundraising rounds from Series B to pre-IPO, with end-to-end support from company preparation, investor selection, negotiation all the way to closing - We take on interim financial planning and modelling duties, including the setup of reporting functions, as well as CFO recruitment - We run commercial buy-side and sell-side Due Diligences, as well as valuation exercises for bolt-on acquisitions - We provide our investor view to founders when shaping their equity story and strategic priorities - We support management and co-develop answers to ad-hoc strategy projects, from cost-cutting to international expansion
