Globalis Nmbu

Globalis is the student union within the Institute for International Environment and Development Studies, Noragric, at NMBU. We are run for and by the students. Our aim is to create a social and academic hub within Noragric through social, academic and career-oriented events and projects. We have put on events such as faculty lunches, movie screenings, “julebord”, organization visits and presentations, “pils med prof”, graduation ceremony for bachelor students, quiz nights and much more. Projects we have worked on include a free store in Pentagon, an Ås dictionary, and this website! Globalis is run by a committee of 10 students, handling the administration and working towards the aim of the organization. The given positions are President, Vice President, 1st Treasurer, 2nd Treasurer/Secretary, 1st PR Officer, 2nd PR Officer, Career/Networking Officer, Alumni Officer, and 2 Event Coordinators.
