That’s why we built GloBall PASS (Planning After Sport Success) — a web app that provides tailored resources, guidance, and connections to help you design a fulfilling life and career beyond the game. Our Founder & CEO, Abiola Wabara, experienced this firsthand after years of playing basketball professionally. The shift into the non-athletic world was a daunting journey, one no athlete is truly prepared for. GloBall Life was born out of that experience — to make sure every athlete approaching the end of their career is equipped with the right tools, insights, and support to thrive in whatever comes next. Our Mission: Empower every professional and student-athlete to transition into the “real world” with confidence and clarity.
