The Strategy: Boring Cash Flows Funding 10-20x Returns Traditional Private Equity buys companies to flip them. Venture Capital burns cash to find them. We do neither. We Buy the Foundation: We acquire profitable small businesses in the real economy, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, agriculture, and construction, at 3-5x EBITDA. We Build the Accelerant: We deploy our proprietary technology platforms, Venture Talent, Venture Compass, and Venture Systems, to modernize operations and widen margins. We Launch the Moonshots: Using the stable cash flow from our portfolio, we incubate and launch high-growth ventures with 10-20x upside potential. Permanent Capital & Shared Upside Unlike a traditional fund with a 10-year clock, we are a permanent holding company. We don’t have to sell great businesses just to return capital. This allows us to compound wealth over decades, not deal cycles. We believe the people building the company should own the upside.
