Gloucester Culture Trust

Established in 2016 by Gloucester City Council to drive delivery of Gloucester’s ten-year Cultural Strategy, Gloucester Culture Trust seeks to put culture at the heart of Gloucester and make the city an even better place to live, work, study and play. Over the past six years, we’ve worked with a range of partners – including local artists, businesses, Gloucester City Council and cultural and heritage organisations – to create a step-change in how culture is conceived and support in the city. As a result of our work over the past six years, we levered significant inward cultural investment to the city, and have enabled the development of a local cultural infrastructure that is now “more coherent, joined up and high profile.”
