Our club is built on the belief that we can combine fitness, fun and training for effective self-defence in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Our classes are open to everyone. The are no age, gender or fitness level restrictions. Anyone can learn and anyone can benefit. We teach and train to hone our self-defence skills and techniques, not out of fear, but because of all the positive benefits we gain from our training.
