Glow is a new and innovative communication skills and personal impact training company based in the UK. Our training harnesses the ‘secret theatre skills’ actors use to have charisma and presence on stage and applies them in the real world to help organisations and professional individuals be more confident, impactful and successful in the situations they face day to day – we help you unlock your Glow. Glow’s mission is to provide world class communication and impact skills to companies and individuals that need them and to charities and 3rd sector organisations whose important messages deserve them. Our sessions are fun and engaging and the skills are easy to learn and easy to apply back at work and have been embraced successfully by hundreds of clients over the last 11 years. Glow founder and MD is Ian Golding, an impact and performance expert who has been delivering exceptional communication skills training around the UK & across Europe for the last 11 years. Ian has worked with some of Europe’s most established brands including Lloyds Bank, Aon, Google and Saatchi & Saatchi as well as a wealth of smaller organisations, SMEs and business professionals. His 1-to-1 Executive Coaching experience includes business people of all levels, including senior managers and C-level directors at John Laing Construction, Zurich Insurance, Lloyds Bank amongst others. We have expertise across the whole range of communication skills subjects including personal impact, presentation skills & public speaking, leadership impact, sales impact (face to face and phone), team building, and resilience for female executives and we offer classroom training for up to 10 delegates, 1-to-1 coaching, seminars for up to 50 delegates and conference energisers for up to 500!
