GLOW YOGA offers strengthening and inspiring yoga classes for executives, companies and individuals, specializing in back-stabilizing core strength, stretching of the chest muscles and flexibility of the spine, shoulder and hip joints. In addition to group classes and personal training at the GLOW YOGA Studio in the West of Cologne, we also offer several yoga classes and personal training online every week via ZOOM livestream. This allows you to take our classes or work out with us even when you are on the road and with little time expenditure. Our experienced teachers teach all offerings in a comprehensible and anatomically sound manner. In addition, we weave breathing exercises and meditation into the teaching units to promote concentration and relaxation. This helps you to master your everyday job and family life with more energy and calmness and to work more productively. Due to our training and further education in the areas of - Power Yoga / Vinyasa Flow - Yoga therapy - functional yoga - Spiral Dynamics - Ayurveda - Yoga for chronic pain we cover a wide range of methods in Yoga, back health & mind management. As we at GLOW YOGA ourselves have been working in the management of large companies for many years, we know the demands of the working world well and as yoga teachers we can bring this experience into the exercise program.
