GM Estate Agents is a boutique real estate agency providing highly specialised property management, sales, resort and facility management services to the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ipswich markets since 2014. GM Estate Agents was initially established as an internal department of GM Homes in order to bring the agency service needs of its clients in house. GM Homes Australasia is a boutique building and finance services company with its head office based on the Gold Coast. Since its inception in 2005, over 2200 families have chosen GM Homes to build or satisfy their investment requirements to create long term financial security. That’s a lot of properties and a lot of happy clients! GM Estate Agents still benefits from the support and resources of the GM Group and it’s through this infrastructure that it can seamlessly deliver services to the greater South East Queensland region. GM Homes and GM Estate Agents are proudly family owned and operated by father and son Glen Miller and Michael Elder-Mitchell. Both Glen and Michael come from a long real estate pedigree, Glen’s father Patrick Miller founded Royal Mirage Realty in Main Beach on the Gold Coast in 1997.
