GMB targets companies with total enterprise values under $200 million and with annual revenue between $20 million and $200 million. is a licensed Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC") with financial resources of $270 million composed of partnership equity and funding provided by the U.S. Small Business Administration through its Debenture program. Target investment size is $3 million -$25 million, with participation in larger mezzanine investments with co-investment partners.
