GMI Holdings Ltd was originally established in 1986 by Peter Gilman when he co-founded the highly successful GMI Construction Group PLC. Leeds based GMI Holdings Ltd now forms the main development vehicle for Peter Gilman and Chris Gilman, who between them have over 75 years combined experience in commercial and residential property development. They have been directly responsible for some of the region’s most high profile developments including Thorpe Park, the North East’s premier business park extending to over 600 acres and Bridgewater Place, Yorkshire’s tallest building. Now more than ever, the Directors of GMI Holdings believe the combination of a proven long term track record and a sound financial base are key fundamentals that will enable them to deliver both occupier led schemes and also provide innovative solutions to enable land owners to realise the value of their assets.
