Combining the raw colours of the land and symbols such as the meeting place, which in our case, represents the coming together of different ethnicities in our workplace to achieve a common goal. Our goal in this instance is the acknowledgement of Indigenous Australians in business, whilst supporting integral growth and expansion by utilising their skills, services and knowledge under a proven management platform via license from Gecko MMS Pty Ltd. GMS2 now offers “end to end” maintenance and property services to the Commonwealth of Australia and to “blue chip” progressive public and private organisations. Our Vision • To develop and support positive Indigenous Australian Service Agents (Contractors) and employee relationships; • To design and implement best practice solutions; • To maintain client service level excellence; • To maintain compliancy with appropriate safety, environmental and crisis management requirements; • To implement support structures for our human and technical resources optimising efficiency and productivity; and • Bring together different ethnicities in our workplace to achieve a common goal. Our People GMS2 is currently developing a substantial supply chain of fellow indigenously owned and operated businesses. In the meantime, GMS2 has access to 3,500 + Service Agents across multiple trades and professions via our licence agreement. Our Services GMS2’s current service offering includes: • Ad hoc / reactive and emergency maintenance; • Scheduled / planned maintenance; • Project management services; • Office fit-outs, major rebranding exercises, upgrade works and compliance works programs. • Property inspections and audits: • Asset register, compliance, general condition and tailored reporting. Our Reach GMS2 is located in regional Queensland, headquartered in Yeppoon. GMS2 operates within all Australian States and Territories. We cover: CBD, suburban, regional, rural, remote and off shore locations. Our Insurances GMS2 holds certificates of currency for:$20 M Product and Public Liability Insurance and $10 M Professional Indemnity Insurance. Our Service Agents hold all relevant trade-based licenses, insurances and WorkCover. GMS2 is currently seeking accreditation via SAI – Global or QMS, EMS and WHS to the relevant Australian Standards.
