Mission Our mission is to buy and sell european manufactured, second-hand machines or similar high quality machines. We manufacture small and simple machines for the industry. We are primarily focused on the steel reinforcement and wire industries. Partners We operate service and refurbishment companies in Denmark and Slovakia where the rebar equipment are refurbished to our high standard. We sell both “as is” machines and completely refurbished machines and plants. Established 2010 Ownership Deichmann Invest ApS is the capital foundation for our activities. Since 1986, the owner of the company, Ulrich Deichmann, has gained wide experience from the steel reinforcement and steel processing industries. He successfully established Stema Engineering in 1986 with two partners and was the architect behind the merger with Pedax Maschinebau in Bitburg, Germany in 1997. Ulrich Deichmann launched the Stema/Pedax brand and was part of the development of the company into the third largest manufacturer of machines and plants for the steel reinforcement industry in 2008. Also in 2008, the company won the “Entrepreneur of the year” competition organized by Ernst & Young in Denmark.
