The founder of Gnosis, Vanessa Barg (aka Chocolate Girl), a board certified holistic health counselor, began making raw chocolate in 2006 for her clients as a delicious and functional delivery system for supplements and superfoods. Vanessa personally visits our sources to verify the integrity of a truly fair, transparent supply chain. We maintain environmental and societal consciousness with each step by working directly with our producers, giving back to our community, and using PCW recycled, biodegradable packaging printed with veggie inks.
