Welcome to our home of movement, wellness, and compassion. GNT in Hebrew is the initial for Body, Soul, and Mind. We are a non-profit, Israeli-based organization that believes in the physiology of the Well Being. We have 3 departments: 1. Education - Prisma program for education teams and teachers. It provides a safe space for women of all ages, religions, fitness, body types, and economics to connect with their bodies, improve their well-being, and learn plenty of dance styles.
