We set up Go Effortless Energy, for customers, by customers, with the aim of making energy easier to understand, which, as we discovered, can be difficult at times because the energy supplier industry is a pretty complicated market to operate in. We have come from outside the energy industry so we don't have any pre-conceived ideas of how an energy supplier company should interact with their customers. Our aim is to offer an Honest, Simple and Fair service: Honest - We believe we should tell you the truth about what goes into making your energy prices. Simple - One tariff, which is the best price we can offer energy to our customers - One payment method, monthly by Direct Debit - Simple bill, we have tried hard to find a simple easy to read layout. Fair - We price our products so that our customers get a good deal and at the end of your fixed price period we will automatically put you on the cheapest tariff (our only tariff)- We don't offer confusing or misleading loyalty bonuses or cash back schemes, why take your money off you just to give it back? – BONKERS! We keep our prices low by keeping our overheads low, this means no shinny office buildings in major cities and efficiently structuring our company resources. We aim to help our customers understand what they are paying for when they buy energy.
