We recognize the urgency in most appraisal assignments and you can expect a "turn-around time" for most residential appraisals to be completed within 24 hours of viewing the property. Verbal confirmations can be provided sooner if required. Our appraisers can be reached after regular hours for those urgent appraisal assignments. In order to speed up the appraisal process we email all reports, although a hard copy of the report is available upon request. We provide professional appraisal services for residential properties such as single-family homes and vacant lots, acreage homes, apartment and townhouse units and mobile homes.
