Gold Homes was created for the purpose of assisting seller’s in difficult situations who can not afford to sell using traditional methods (Real Estate Agents or FSBO). Gold Homes has assisted sellers in situations such as: foreclosures, property inheritance (probate), death in the family, bad tenants, vacant and/or distressed properties, job relocation, amongst many others. As we achieve a great amount of deals, we simply can not process them all. Rather than limit ourselves and the sellers we work with, we “assign” these deals to investors within our network. We have also worked with agents who send us FSBO that didn’t want to list with them or any agent, but did have to sell urgently.
