Goldberg and Associates was founded in 2006, with the mission of providing top tier immigration legal services to our clients. Over the past eleven years we've expanded into LA, Detroit, and Djibouti. Our attorneys have handled a wide variety of immigration cases, from simple visa petitions to investor visas, to asylum, to high profile, precedent setting cases, most notably, Guerra vs. Shanahan. Our firm has been profiled by news organizations such as Bloomberg, The Boston Globe, AP, Slate, The Los Angeles Times, and The New York Times. At the helm of Goldberg and Associates is our founder and managing partner, Julie A. Goldberg, who is an award-winning attorney with over 14 years of experience. Ms. Goldberg was instrumental in filing one of the lawsuits in response to the original Muslim Ban in February of 2017. She has also represented our clients in several class action suits against the US government for matters relating to immigration-based discrimination. Furthermore, Ms. Goldberg has argued cases before the 2nd, 3rd, 7th, and 9th circuits.
