Goldkap consulting group works to lower operational expenses for organizations and businesses by negotiating with current vendors to reduce costs without changing service levels. Our approach is to review all vendors who our clients have agreements with and call on their behalf to see if we can get a reduction in fees. Since we are vendor neutral, suppliers and vendors are quicker to react to us, as we are knowledgeable about the value of services provided and have access to many vendors anxious to compete for new business. We also achieve success with many vendors by learning and taking advantage of programs or new packages that are available that can easily reduce prices which some of our clients don’t know exist. The combination of our expertise in understanding what services should cost coupled with the fear many suppliers have of losing customers puts us in the position of lowering costs for our clients. We are well versed in a myriad of areas but the common thread that most organizations are helped is with telecommunications, insurance, wireless plans, computer services, internet providers, Payroll services, waste management, equipment leases and utility services. We also deal with vendors that specialize in industrial supplies, office supplies and freight delivery. We charge a flat fee maximum and only get paid if we provide savings to the organization.
