The Goldman Organization What: • I work with people who want to show up more powerfully and communicate more effectively. How: • I work one on one with people who want to be their personal best. • I also present to groups on a variety of issues related to how to think, take action and perform at a higher level. • I have a line up of educational materials and tools designed to support the learning process and help put ideas into action. Why: • You will learn what you need to know in order to reach your potential. • We will identify and help you develop certain skills that are critical to the communication process. • You will learn how to build better relationships with people in your life. When I work with someone, I really zero in on four things: • Identity — knowing who you are and being able to respond powerfully to circumstances in your life. • Direction — knowing where you are going and how to get there (including business and marketing plans). • Focus —how to organize your thinking and activity around your Identity and Direction both for the big picture and your day to day effectiveness. • Accountability —once you are focused and on track, we will set up benchmarks that will keep you on track. Otherwise, it's so easy to go off on tangents. Here's what you can count on: You will have more Confidence, more Clarity, more Conviction, and more Control in your communication and how you show up at work and in your life.
