Goldsmith Property is a Bristol based, family owned property company involved in buying, renovating and letting property largely in the Bristol and Weston areas. Goldsmith Property specialises in managing shared houses (houses of multiple occupancy – HMOs) – our own HMOs and those belonging to other landlords. As we have been doing this for a number of years now we fully understand the regulatory requirement and specific challenges entailed in running HMOs. Our objective is to provide quality accommodation for quality tenants, and you will see that our properties are renovated and furnished to a high standard. We aim to be setting the standard for HMO accommodation in the areas that we work and continuously seek to raise the bar with this standard. Goldsmith Property also manages serviced accommodation units, an aspect of the business that is expanding due to demand for this accommodation. We have developed a thorough understanding of investment strategies over our years of managing rental properties and now provide mentoring/coaching for investors and landlords keen to start or expand their investment portfolio.
