Lydia Golesh is a Luxury, Family and Senior Real Estate Specialist and the owner of the Golesh Team. Since 2017, Lydia has sold just under in real estate! Lydia is ranked Top 0.01% in Colorado and 1% Nationwide! As a Certified Luxury Agent, Lydia and her Team pride themselves on providing clients with extraordinary customer service, innovative marketing strategies, and best-in-the-industry resources. Lydia is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) where she’s earned multi-year, Diamond Circle Awards, the prestigious '4 under 40' Award, and the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. As a KW Instructor, Lydia enjoys teaching real estate professionals and educating our community about the ever-changing real estate market. She believes being a Realtor® means being your biggest counselor, advocate, and negotiator. Being a KW Colorado Cultural Ambassador, Lydia was excited to start a 501(c)3 non-profit in 2024 called Love Denver™. This organization is dedicated to serving individuals and groups in the Front Range (and beyond) who are in need of support and resources to ensure our metropolitan and its people thrive. 5% of Golesh Team profits go to Love Denver™ & 5% go to other non-profit work. Outside of real estate, Lydia enjoys playing golf and tennis, traveling to her new Airbnb in the Dominican Republic, and spending time with loved ones - including her husband, Garrett, and their dog, Boagrius (‘Bo’).
