Golf Strong’s golf fitness classes integrate bodyweight exercises, core strengthening work, posture exercises, high-intensity circuits and rotation training among other training styles to make these classes golf-specific. Classes are on a monthly membership basis, with an easy opt-out and all you need is a space to exercise, some light weights, a resistance band and a golf club.
