GOLFWORKX is a hub for all things golf. My husband and I fell in love with the game of golf from the very moment that we took our first swing. For us golf provided needed exercise and something that we could both enjoy together. Recently retired and transitioning from an Executive position at the Smithsonian Institution we both found that special place to “retreat to”. Limited in knowledge and funds we searched for a way to play the game without “breaking the bank”. As we began our journey we quickly discovered the lack of consistent basic information for the novice golfer. Thus, GOLFWORKX was born. A place the provides a step-by-step guide to the game of golf. Our hope is to not only to provide and share information to those who are new to the game but to also intrigue and inspire existing and future generations.
