Golosetto

Golosetto® is an historic and high-quality cheese manufacturing company that provides tasty, unique and innovative Parmigiano Reggiano cream spread that takes the name Golosetto on international markets. Born in the 1950s into a humble family from Polinago, in the Modena hills, Ermanno Rabacchi began working at the age of 13 as a boy in a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory. With commitment and dedication, Ermanno quickly becomes a young and promising “dairyman”. The desire to emerge and assert himself in the sector grows every year, so in February 1987 he was awarded by the Consortium of Parmigiano Reggiano with the Gold Medal Diploma, a symbol of pride for every cheesemaker. Together with his brother, also a cheesemaker, Ermanno rents a building to start creating, recipe after recipe, a cream of Parmigiano Reggiano. Thus was born the tasty, unique and innovative Parmigiano Reggiano cream that takes the name Golosetto®.
