We start with the belief that the individual has the answers to their questions and issues and our role is to create the time and space and provide the support and challenge to help them explore and resolve those issues in order to be at their best. We agree clear outcomes that the client wants for themselves, their teams, their stakeholders and their organisation. At each session we work toward those outcomes by dealing with different elements. The client sets the agenda and our role is to keep focus on areas that will make the most difference in achieving the outcomes. A big part of what we do is to help clients reframe situations in order to see more options and possibilities and find new solutions to challenges and barriers. We use a wide range of approaches and choose techniques that will suit the individual and the situation.
