Founded in 2014, by Cheryl, GLE is growing and its newest location in Mt. Vernon is the communities first and only Pilates studio. It is our mission to teach and make the Pilates Method accessible and popular to all bodies and rid the stigma that its practice are only for the rich and privileged. GLE Pilates' key principles of operation include fitness providing safe and functional exercises for all ages, genders and levels in a safe and welcoming environment, sharing tips, ideas and activites to enrich its communities while providing excellent satisfaction and service.
